Payment Policy and Settlement
Intermediary Clause
Sphere acts as a technological intermediary that facilitates the platform for the connection between buyers and sellers. Sphere does not store merchandise, does not have inventory, does not sell its own products, and does not manage delivery. The seller is fully responsible for shipping, delivery, packaging, and product compliance. Sphere is not part of the buyer-seller contract concluded between the buyer and the seller.
Functioning of Payments and Settlements
Payments are made through the Ziina gateway. Sphere may retain the payment until the product is delivered (protected payment) and release it to the seller once the delivery is confirmed.
Accepted Currencies
The currencies supported by the Ziina gateway are accepted, including USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies according to the seller's configuration.
Protected Payment and Retention Until Delivery
Protected payment allows Sphere to retain the payment amount until the seller confirms the product delivery. Once the buyer accepts the delivery, the amount is released to the seller.
Release of Amount to the Seller
The amount is released to the seller once the buyer confirms the product receipt and satisfaction with the transaction. In case of a dispute, the amount is retained until the conflict is resolved.
Fees and Discounts Applicable
Sphere applies fees on transactions conducted through the platform. The fees and discounts are detailed in the platform usage agreement. The seller will be informed of the applicable fees before the transaction is finalized.
Timing and Methods of Withdrawal
The seller may withdraw the funds once the payment has been released. The withdrawal timelines depend on the Ziina gateway's policy and will be communicated to the seller at the time of settlement.
Minimum Amount
A minimum amount is set for transactions, which is detailed in the platform usage agreement. The seller must comply with this minimum amount to make a valid transaction.
Retentions for Open Disputes
In case of an open dispute, Sphere retains the payment amount until the conflict is resolved. The dispute resolution will be carried out according to the Ziina gateway's rules and applicable regulations.
Not a Financial Entity or Provides Regulated Custody Services
Sphere is not a financial entity or provides regulated custody services. The sellers' funds are not custodied by Sphere, and the seller is responsible for the security of the received funds.
