Membership Terms
1. Membership Levels
Sphere offers paid memberships with different levels of access and benefits. The available levels are:
- Free Member: Basic access to the platform.
- Sphere Gold: Access to additional features and advertising benefits.
- Sphere Business: Access to advanced features, greater visibility and advertising benefits.
- Sphere Elite: Full access, maximum visibility, exclusive advertising benefits and priority support.
2. Price and Frequency
The prices and payment frequency for each membership level are as follows:
- Free Member: Free, no frequency.
- Sphere Gold: USD 9.99 monthly.
- Sphere Business: USD 29.99 monthly.
- Sphere Elite: USD 79.99 monthly.
3. Automatic Renewal
Recurring memberships are automatically renewed at the end of the payment period. The user may cancel the membership at any time before renewal.
4. Cancellation
To cancel a membership, the user must do so through the account settings section on the platform. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.
5. Effects of Cancellation or Downgrade
Upon cancellation or downgrade, the user will lose the benefits associated with the previous membership level. The user's data and content will remain available, but with the permissions and features corresponding to the new membership level.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed according to Ziina's policies. Sphere is not responsible for refunds or the return of payments made by the user.
7. Price Changes
Sphere may modify membership prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. The changes will take effect from the date indicated in the notification.
8. Advertising Benefits
Advertising benefits, including discounts on ads and campaign limits, are linked to the purchased membership level. Free Member users will not have access to these benefits.
9. Intermediary Clause
Sphere acts as a technological intermediary and is not part of the buyer-seller contract. Sphere does not store merchandise, does not have its own inventory, does not sell its own products, and does not manage delivery. The seller is fully responsible for shipping, delivery, packaging and product compliance.
