Community Rules
User-generated content rules
Sphere users can generate content on the platform, including posts, stories, comments and chat. This content must respect the established rules and must not infringe on the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
Prohibited behaviors
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior.
- Hate speech or discriminatory expressions.
- Spam or unsolicited advertising.
- Identity impersonation or fraud.
- Explicit or inappropriate sexual content.
- Violence or content that promotes violence.
- Disinformation or content that may cause harm.
- Contact outside the platform to avoid commissions or evade community rules.
Reporting violations
Users can report content or behaviors they consider to be in violation of the community rules. To do so, they must use the reporting tool available on the platform.
Moderation team action
The moderation team of Sphere will review the reports and take the corresponding measures. The actions may include warning the user, removal of the content, temporary suspension of the account or permanent closure of the account, depending on the severity of the violation.
Graduated sanctions
- Warning the user about the violation.
- Removal of the content or deletion of comments.
- Temporary suspension of the account.
- Permanent closure of the account.
Right of appeal
Users affected by a sanction can appeal to the moderation team of Sphere. The appeal must include the reasons for the appeal and will be evaluated within a maximum of 10 business days.
Sphere's liability
Sphere acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the delivery or compliance of the product. These responsibilities belong to the seller. Sphere does not participate in the buyer-seller contract, nor in the management of delivery, packaging or product compliance.
