Purchaser Terms
Intermediary
Sphere acts as an intermediary that facilitates the technological platform for the connection between buyers and sellers. Sphere does not store goods, does not have inventory, does not sell its own products, and does not manage delivery. The seller is fully responsible for shipping, delivery, packaging, and product compliance.
Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded between the buyer and the seller. Sphere is not a party to this agreement. The buyer must know and accept the seller's terms and policies before making a purchase.
Prices and Taxes
The prices displayed on the platform include applicable taxes according to the regulations of the free zone Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ) and the federal laws of United Arab Emirates. Sphere is not responsible for the correct application of taxes by the seller.
Protected Payment
Payments are made through the Ziina gateway. Sphere may retain the payment until the product is delivered (protected payment) and release it to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt of the product.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
The delivery terms and conditions are set and fulfilled by the seller. The buyer must contact the seller in case of delays or issues with delivery.
Procedure in Case of No Receipt or Non-Conformity
In case the order does not arrive or is non-conforming, the buyer must contact the seller to resolve the situation. If the seller does not respond or resolve the issue, the buyer may open a dispute on the platform.
Right to Open a Dispute
The buyer has the right to open a dispute in case of no receipt, non-conformity of the product, or breach of delivery conditions. The dispute will be resolved according to the platform's rules and applicable regulations.
Refunds
Refunds will be handled by the seller. Sphere is not responsible for the refund of money or the management of refunds. The buyer must contact the seller to request a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Sphere assumes no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, availability, or delivery of the product. Sphere is not responsible for the seller's breaches or damages resulting from the purchase. Sphere acts solely as an intermediary and does not participate in the purchase agreement.
