Advertising Policies in Sphere
1. Who can advertise
Advertisers must be registered users in Sphere and comply with the general terms and conditions of the platform. Only advertising campaigns that offer legal products or services and are not contrary to current regulations are allowed.
2. Pre-review of each campaign
Every advertisement must be pre-reviewed by a Sphere administrator before publication. Sphere reserves the right to reject or remove any campaign that does not meet the content and advertising standards established in this document.
3. Prohibited advertising content
- Illegal, offensive, discriminatory or content that violates human dignity.
- Deceptive, false advertising or promotion of unfair commercial practices.
- Content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination.
- Advertising that includes false information or promotes unauthorized products.
- Content that violates the privacy of third parties or infringes on copyright.
4. Identification of advertising
All advertising content must be clearly identified as such. Advertisers must include a visible label indicating that the content is advertising, in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Prices and payment
The prices of visibility plans and banners are detailed in the advertising section of Sphere. Payment will be made through the Ziina gateway. Sphere may retain payment until the service is delivered, according to the protected payment model.
6. Duration, impressions and clicks
The duration of campaigns is set at the time of contract. Sphere provides statistics on impressions and clicks, but does not guarantee results or the exact reach of the campaigns.
7. Reasons for rejection or removal
Sphere may reject or remove a campaign for the following reasons:
- Non-compliance with content and advertising policies.
8. Campaign refund policy
Sphere does not offer partial or full refunds for advertising campaigns, except in cases of non-compliance with terms and conditions or in case of technical errors affecting service delivery.
9. No guarantee of results
Sphere does not guarantee results or the reach of advertising campaigns. Advertisers must be aware that results depend on external factors and are not under the control of the platform.
10. Intermediation clause
Sphere acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delivery, product compliance, or the quality of the service offered by sellers. All aspects related to delivery, packaging, product compliance, and shipping management are the exclusive responsibility of the seller.
